Canlyo Setup Guide: Run Your Dog Training Center in 7 Steps

This guide shows you how to use Canlyo, your management panel. Your members use the free Canlyo app to book the classes you create.

Set up your center in 7 steps

1Create your account

1. Go to manager.canlyo.com/auth/register.
2. Fill out the form with your details.
3. Check your email and confirm your account.
4. You are all set.

2Set up your center profile

This is what your members and potential new members see in the app.

Go to your center profile and fill out:

• Name: how it appears in searches.
• Description: what makes your center special.
• Photo: an image of your facilities.
• Address: mark your exact location on the map.
• Hours: when you are open each day.
• Contact: email, phone, and WhatsApp.
• Social media: website, Instagram, Facebook (optional).

3Add and invite members

You have two ways to add members to your center.

Option A: Send invitations

1. Go to the Invite members section.
2. Enter emails separated by commas.
3. Send the invitations.

Option B: Receive requests

• Members can request to join from the mobile app.
• You review each request and decide whether to accept or reject it.
• You see all their information: phone, dogs, and more.

4Manage members and quotas

You control everything about your members in the Members section.

What you can do:

• View information for each member and their dogs.
• Set class limits (monthly quotas).
• Activate or deactivate memberships.
• Review attendance history.
• Manage multiple dogs per person.

Quota types:

• Unlimited: unrestricted access.
• Monthly: a set number of classes per month.
• Total: a set number of classes in total.

5Create single and recurring classes

You can create classes in two ways.

Individual class (one time)

1. Go to Create individual and fill out the name, level, duration, price, date, and time.
2. Choose the class type:
   • Private: only for your members.
   • Open: for everyone (ideal for seminars and attracting new clients).
3. Location: you can change the address, useful for coaches who teach at different centers.
4. Set the maximum number of dogs allowed.
5. Pre-registration: select members to enroll automatically.
6. Create the class.

Recurring classes

1. Go to Create recurring.
2. Configure the base class as above.
3. Choose the pattern: weekly, monthly, and so on.
4. Set the start and end dates.
5. Automatic pre-registration: select the regular members who attend each week.
6. Canlyo creates all the classes for you.

6Manage your class calendar

In View calendar you have visual control of everything.

Color codes:

• Green: available spots.
• Yellow: almost full.
• Red: full.
• Gray: finished or cancelled.

What you can do:

• View all classes for the month.
• Click any class to edit it.
• Create new classes by clicking an empty slot.
• Switch between calendar and list views.

7Track attendance and billing

In the Attendance report you have complete financial control.

What you use it for:

• Bill your clients correctly.
• See which members use more or fewer of their classes.
• Identify which classes are most profitable.
• Export data for accounting.

How to use it:

1. Select the period you want to review.
2. Review total revenue and attendance.
3. Check the summary per person.
4. Export to a spreadsheet if you need to.

This helps you make business decisions based on real data.
